PERSONAL USE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between The Doodle House ("Licensor") and the individual who downloads the digital product ("Licensee").

By downloading or using the Product, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product ("Product") for personal use only.

"Personal use" means use by one individual solely for private, non-commercial purposes. This includes:

Viewing or using the Product on personal devices

Printing a copy for personal use

2. PROHIBITED USES

Licensee may not:

Sell, share, distribute, or publicly display the Product

Modify, edit, or create derivative works of the Product

3. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

4. NO WARRANTIES

5. TERMINATION

This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Product.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
